If a spell deviates to within 3” but was targeted at a model further away, she cannot negate it (it would be too late to do so). Effects with a target of ‘self’ that affect his entire control area could only be negated if Haley was within 3” of that caster when the spell was cast. Arcane Vortex has no effect on upkeep spells that have already been cast.
Q: When can Haley use her spear’s Arcane Vortex ability?
A: Always, even when stationary (frozen/knocked down/etc.), as long as she has a focus point to spend.

A: Any movement inside the temporal barrier is reduced. Place effects and effects that move a model to a specific location instead of a measured distance are unaffected.
Q: When affected by Blitz, Haley’s feat, if a model uses Bayonet Charge and kills its target, can it make an extra attack against a different model in melee?
A: There are two points to keep in mind when using Bayonet Charge with Blitz. First, if a model fails the charge portion of a Bayonet Charge by not making it into melee range with its target, its activation ends (but it still gets to make the Bayonet Charge ranged attack). Secondly, Blitz does not grant an extra ranged attack after a Bayonet Charge. Therefore, if a model uses Bayonet Charge, makes it into melee range of its target, and kills its target, then yes, it may use Blitz to make an extra melee attack against a different model in melee.
Q: What does a knocked down scrambled warjack do?
A: It activates but then does nothing.
Q: If a warjack is affected by Blind and Scramble, what happens?
